Our little shack isn’t just a name. It started under the Westpark Tollway in 1985 when Bubba Gilliam began serving buffalo burgers and drinks. In 1990, Richard Reed purchased the shack, turning a side project into a full-time passion. Today, his daughters Erin and Allison, along with Matthew McCracken, manage daily operations. With hearty American food, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming, casual vibe, Bubba’s makes every guest feel at home.
